I am an experienced NRCPD Registered Sign Language Interpreter with over 17 years interpreting experience. I predominantly work in London and the home counties, however I am happy to travel nationally and internationally.

I hold a BA (hons) and a PG Dip in BSL/Eng Interpreting, and am registered with the NRCPD and ASLI as an RSLI.

I am involved with interpreter training and am currently undertaking an MA in Professional Learning in Education.

Social Services: I have extensive experience within both children's and adult's services. This work includes assessments, safeguarding, child protection and CQC inspections.


Health: I work within hospital settings covering outpatient, maternity and surgical appointments. I also work with GP practices, including GP and nurse appointments and Patient Participation Groups. 

Legal: I undertake assignments in a rage of legal settings including solicitor's meetings, court, tribunals and police proceedings.

Employment: I cover a broad spectrum of situations including job interviews, office support, training, tribunals and meetings.

Education: I work within all the stages of education, from primary through to higher education and adult education. 

Religious Services: I work with Signs of God as a tutor and an interpreter. I interpret within church and secular services including; weddings, civil partnerships, baptisms and funerals. I also interpret Alpha courses and regular church services.

Leisure: I am happy to interpret in a variety of leisure activities as long as they do not involve me going underwater! In 2012 I was fortunate enough to be invited to interpret at the London Olympic Games for the Para Equestrian Dressage.
